Prince of Peace

Hearken unto my voice, oh ye souls!
Make way for the Prince of Peace Who steps into your lives unwary, unheard, unseen, unknown.
Which way is His Temple? Which direction go?
Which way to pass unthwarted?
The regiments of Time march with provoking step--the drums of war thrum unceasing.
The noise! The noise is deafening, drowning out all else, save what the soul is attuned towards.
Attune thine ear inward yet again and *feel* His Majesty in thine heart and mind. Solace comes then, and peace, which guides your every movement, your every thought. The prayer is heard abroad and spare the lessons of that soul, which leaves to grace what matters most. What matters least is this: the smatterings of truth dashed carelessly abroad, the caterwauling sounds of catastrophe-dwellers--Listen not to their grating, hating voices! Listen not to their fearful chord! Abide in peace, ye souls of His, and wonder at His Glory. For ye shall soon behold His wealth, and He shall guide thine hands and hearts. Signs aplenty there may be, but wary he who follows these, for these but lead back to much confusion, much sadness, and ever loss. Signs are bearers of wayward forces--actions tossed upon the lowest plane. But these do not, I beseech thee, heed, but follow only that which is naught but silence pure and silence deep, silence true with soulic keep. Keep your head down in prayerful thought and cease your worry on the spot.

Abide in Him
Who is all spheres
Who is all times
Who wraps all fears
in silken, loving nest-like hands.
He holds the sorrowful and the bland,
He holds the worlds of trembling souls
And they shall know,
yes, they shall know
What it is to die in agony
And yet find Him on sorrow's peak
He shall pull free the soul that moans
He shall pull them who feel alone
And gather them to His quiet breast
And let full Love upon them rest
And they shall learn in quiet peace
the riches there are theirs to keep--
from all the great to all the least--
His promise moves throughout the worlds
and resounds through the songs of love
and hearkens back to He Who is
the source of all their being.

Amen
